IBA’s 2025 selling Exhibition at Bury Guildhall follows the book launch and showcases all the paintings done for the project. The new book will also be on sale here. The exhibition begins on Saturday 27th June and ends on Saturday 12th July 2025 (Open every day from 10.00am till 4.00pm). We also have a fabulous (posh) printed catalogue available as a visitor memento for £10.
The books have arrived and are all sitting patiently in their boxes under my staircase waiting to be distributed and sold. I noticed the desk on which I had piled them was sagging in the middle, so had to take most of the boxes off!!!! Fortunately, it did regain its shape:

Come along to the most beautiful, ambient atmosphere of St Mary’s Church, Comberton to view the Annual Arts and Crafts Exhibition (usually held end of November, but delayed to now). Original artworks are very modest prices and the diversity of subjects means there are paintings to suit everyone’s taste. It is a wonderful exhibition so do get along for tea, coffee and biscuits, and of course for a good browse! What about for the new year, owning a new, original painting to hang on your wall?

It is now official that I received a “highly commended” award for my little water colour painting entitled “Three New Blades”, and I think it is eligible for the Peoples’ Choice Awards. The big downside is that wannabe voters have to login or register to make a vote, and I would not ask folk to do that. So instead, please see the screenshot below the main picture, which shows my painting bottom right. I do not need votes for best this or that, it is just wonderful to be included in part of the virtual exhibition. If you are able to virtually visit, then please do; it is a wonderful exhibition and so many different types and subject of paintings to see.
